Coaching can help. Coaching creates the time and space for you to reflect, gain perspective, learn and develop.
Nature-based coaching is a softer, more receptive and holistic approach that draws on the principles and language of organic growth in nature. Nothing is forced, driven, or pushed here, but gently encouraged, tended and nurtured.
Nature-based coaching may be for for you if you want to make changes in your life by sensing into and leading from your heart and body, rather than leading with your ever busy thinking mind, or being led or pushed by someone else’s agenda.
It's for you if you love the natural world and would enjoy exploring your own life in a way that’s in harmony with nature, honoring its benign wisdom.
1:1 Coaching
These one-to-one sessions are normally held in a location convenient for client and coach. Examples of venues are; parks, forests, reservoirs and woodlands.
We begin with a free chemistry session to ensure that the coach is a good fit for you and your needs.
Practicalities:
Sessions are a set of 6 sessions lasting 60 - 120 minutes.
Our style is Experiential, Relational and Person-centred, based in the Humanistic and Systemic schools of psychology.
We take a flexible, tailored approach to meet your needs.
We can offer psychometrics and 360’s if appropriate.
We also offer half, full day or 24-hour sessions for a more immersive and deep experience.
If there is a key stakeholder that needs to be involved in the coaching contract, we are delighted to work with you and them to agree focus areas and measures if appropriate.
We all have many roles in life; businessperson, parent, partner. We coach the whole person, not just one aspect.
Your coach will walk beside you while together, you explore the areas that are important to you.
